A true Florida native, I was born and raised in Orlando. Before starting real estate in 2012, I spent many years in the hospitality industry and graduated from UCF. I have extensive knowledge of the entire Greater Orlando and Clermont areas and can help you with any real estate needs, whether buying or selling. A lifelong equestrian, I have a passion for and experience with acreage and equestrian properties.
Darby was great! From the start she was receptive and provided honest feedback. She always returned texts and phone calls in a timely manner. Her market knowledge was exceptional and her analysis was objective. A true professional!! I am very happy to have listed with her. My expectations were exceeded!
Working with Darby on the purchase of our new home in Winter Garden was an absolute pleasure. We were relocating from MA to FL with zero knowledge of the area. Darby was patient with us, she asked all the right questions as to what was important to us in order to find our dream home. Since we were still in MA during much of the process she went and saw countless properties and either took videos or used FaceTime to show us each one. If you’re looking for someone who is dialed into the Central Florida market, extremely attentive to clients, thorough, honest and someone who will make your home purchase process stress free and fun then she’s the one to use.
I can't speak highly enough of Darby! What a fantastic real estate agent. She knows the market and is extremely knowledgeable. She sold our house quickly and was able to negotiate the selling price above the buyer's "best and final" offer. She was easily reachable and quick to respond when we needed her. Best realtor in town!
I selected Darby as my realtor as she had successfully sold pieces of property in the immediate area. I was looking for someone experienced in selling parcels of land rather than only houses. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate market, pricing intelligence and how people shop for real estate these days. She never encouraged me to accept an offer which wasn't in my best interest. It has to bthe right deal for her client for Darby to close on the deal.
